« Superb! The staff were fantastic, especially the Chihuahua that managed the bar area - he made sure he came over every time we sat down to make sure everything was OK. He’s doing an excellent job. We love staying at the Parc and will be booking again next summer, but for a few days longer next time. »

« Reception staff were outstanding, went out of their way to help us try to repair our fridge. They called a number of local tradesmen to try and get someone to come but no one was available. But they tried so hard. Thank you. The staff in the shop were very polite and helpful. Staff at the bar could be a little surly which was the only negative from the whole experience. And the food choices weren’t great and quality was average. Resort facilities were very clean and in good condition. »

« After staying here in our caravan for several years we booked a cottage. Which we weren’t happy with. But your reception team helped us by offering an alternative which we found better. Thank you ! »

« We had a fantastic time at Parc du Val de Loire. Beautifully situated between Blois and Amboise in a quiet rural area. Our accommodation was clean and tidy, the site and facilities were well maintained. There were plenty of activities to do on site. We had trouble getting our daughter out of the pool! The entertainment was excellent and best of all the staff were helpful and friendly (reception, bar/restaurant and shop). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again! »

« I have stayed in many yelloh villages but I have to be honest, I don’t think this felt like a 5*. No cups were given in an evening when purchased an apple juice in a glass bottle and a can of coke, no straws available, the back room of the bar looked a mess and not clean. The lady at the bar was coughing over every drink she was pouring so I think if staff are un well to that extent then maybe swap them around. It made me not want to drink it, last thing people want is to be un well on holiday. I think the best thing was the air conditioning in the toilets, although for two days there was no hand wash available. Showers didn’t look like they had been cleaned even early morning. I really think you need to look at all this to keep a 5* status. My daughter was short changed by €10 but when I went to the ice cream place they didn’t question and had it to hand. The shop fridge contents were not matched to correct price so my daughter was confused with something she wanted that she thought was a certain price but it was actually over double, I had to take a photo to show the counter staff to correct it. »

« Reception and staff were amazing. Lovely welcome and always helpful. The site pitches are huge and the parc is well maintained. Compared to other sites I would say the toilets could be cleaned more often. »

« We have stayed at many yelloh sites, this one is lovely. The only disappointment was the restaurant. We had steak and chips. Tough steak and over cooked hard chips. It was a very disappointing meal »

« What a fantastic site. The owner clearly wants everyone to have a good time. Rock climbing wall turned up one day, free for guests, the band kerosen was great. Life guards, although my kids were annoyed, really watched for peoples safety. Beach area is amazing. I thought the edge would be sand but its all the way through the water.Restaurant menu could be a little more varied??? »

« A fantastic trip to Val de Loire, easily the best campsite we have visited in France. Accommodation was clean and well equipped, and the site facilities were excellent. Pool area, bar and play facilities were all very well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! »

« We had a lovely stay, yet were quite disappointed with the overall quality of the campsite. Although our stay was really nice the feel was more of a 3 star than 5 star as advertised. Swimming pool was much smaller than what it looked like on pictures and seriously overcrowded. Really poor looking restaurant with cheap plastic chairs and tables, laminated menus with pictures. the vibe was more like a fish and chip show in brighton and not 5 star luxury camp site. Beer on tap being Paulaner - great beer but this is France and not Germany. We stayed in other 5 star Yelloah sites that were amazing and truly luxurious and this one is not. yet again, it was not but simply far from 5 star advetised »
